A-Wei Goose King (阿瑋鵝肉王), Serving the Affordable and Delicious Boneless Goose in Banqiao, New Taipei, Taiwan!

In the afternoon of Apr. 8, 2020, my friend and I enjoyed the coffee in Shulin, New Taipei, Taiwan. That evening, we rode the shared bikes across Fuzhou Bridge to A-Wei Goose King (阿瑋鵝肉王) near Fuzhou Railway Station (浮洲火車站), Banqiao for dinner.
We'd like to dine here, so we casually had our seats!
Personally speaking, the indoor temperature was slightly high.
We ordered the following:
boneless goose thigh (去骨鵝腿) at 100 TWD (= 3.32 USD) per dish

large bowl of minced pork rice with goose fat (鵝肉燥飯) at 100 TWD (= 3.32 USD) per bowl

goose intestine (鵝腸) at 50 TWD (= 1.66 USD) per dish

Customers could repeatedly enjoyed the clear broth based on the goose bones for free. The clear broth had the aroma of goose.
The goose thigh, goose blood rice cakes and minced pork rice with goose fat were firstly served.
The rice was topped with the braised minced pork, and then some goose fat was poured onto the rice!
I recommended to enjoy the minced pork rice with goose fat (鵝肉燥飯) with the goose shallots. The shallots were deep fried with the goose fat.

The goose blood rice cakes consisted of the sticky rice and goose blood. They looked so quite black!
The goose blood rice cakes were topped with some shredded gingers. With some soy sauce and chili peppers, the goose blood rice cakes tasted so great!
The gooses here could be served without bones! It was very useful and convenient for customers.
Customers here could enjoy the deboned goose thighs without worrying about the bones.
The goose thighs were tender with some elasticity. They tasted slightly salty and tasty. Personally speaking, with some sauce, the goose thigh tasted even more delicious!
The last dish was the goose intestine.
The goose intestine was the cold dish. It was served with the shredded gingers and scallions.
The goose intestine was a little crispy and al dente, it surprised me because it was cold! But the intestine was still good!
Personally speaking, the foods at A-Wei Goose King (阿瑋鵝肉王) were affordable and large! Moreover, the deboning service was so friendly to customers! It was a nice restaurant without doubt!
