(中文版：賣麵炎仔，台灣台北極具台灣特色的平價美食！)
In the evening of Dec. 29, 2019, my friends and I would like to have breakfast together, so we headed to Yan-Zai's Noodle (賣麵炎仔) near MRT Daqiaotou Station, Taipei, Taiwan.
Luckily, here were some seats available when we entered Yan-Zai's Noodle (賣麵炎仔).
We didn't see the prices on the menu. The food portion here depended on the quantity of customers.
We all ordered a bowl of dry noodles.
We also ordered some side dishes, like squids (花枝), chicken (雞肉), smoked shark (鯊魚煙), boiled pork belly (三層肉) and deep fried pork belly (紅燒肉).
The dry noodles tasted so great with the sauce and chili pepper!
And then I tried every side dish!
The chicken we ordered was a dish of sliced chicken thigh.
The texture of chicken was quite good without any redundant fat. The chicken was really fantastic!
The texture of squid was fresh and al dente!
With or without sauce, the squid was very delicious!
The smoked shark and boiled pork belly were in the same dish.
The smoked shark had some aroma of smoked food.
The boiled pork belly was good without too much fat.
But the deep fried pork belly here amazed me the most!
The outside of deep fried pork belly was so crispy. And the pork belly inside with balanced fat was mouth-watering! It was absolutely the top signature here!
Because it rained that day, we'd like to order an additional bowl of wonton soup.
With some white pepper powder, the pork bone broth smelled even more mouth-watering. Moreover, the wonton was fresh and tender! The wonton soup was really a good ending!
Without doubt, the Taiwanese foods at Yan-Zai's Noodle (賣麵炎仔) were locally special and fantastic. It was absolutely worth the recommendation of Michelin Bib Gourmand. Additionally, the prices here were relatively low! The abundant breakfast only cost us 670 TWD (= 22.3 USD)!
After we finished our breakfast, it was 10 am. The queueing line became much longer! To save queueing time, visiting Yan-Zai's Noodle (賣麵炎仔) was really a good option!
