On Feb. 19, 2020, my friends and I would like to have dinner together in Taipei, Taiwan. We planned to head to the ramen restaurant, Fushantianman (富山天滿), at the intersection of Minzu W. Rd and Chongqing N. Rd. to try its signature, nut ramen with sliced sous vide pork (堅果叉燒拉麵)!
Luckily, we didn't waste time queueing! We had our seats as soon as we arrived here!
Surprisingly, the ramen here were quite affordable! We 3 guys all ordered the signature here, nut ramen with sliced sous vide pork (堅果叉燒拉麵), at 180 TWD (= 5.92 USD).
Moreover, we ordered a side dish, salmon sashimi (生鮭魚片). The price was 150 TWD (= 4.93 USD) per 5 slices.
Our salmon sashimi were firstly served! Besides the raw salmon sashimi, here were the slightly grilled salmon sashimi in the dish. It smelled quite mouth-watering!
The pitaya soft-boiled egg at the center of ramen looked unique and pink. It tasted so great with pitaya aroma.
The sous vide pork here was quite tender and tasty!
The periphery of the thicker sous vide pork was slightly grilled. The pork not only tasted great but also smelled mouth-watering!
We asked for the rich soup when placing our order. The soup was full of the aroma of pork both and chicken bone broth. Additionally, the nut aroma was also included. With some red onions, the soup was quite unique and delicious!
Even so, considering about its uniqueness and prices, Fushantianman (富山天滿) is still worth visiting for me! If it can enhance the texture of noodles, the ramen here will become top in Taipei, Taiwan!
