Taiwan Beef Noodles · Chicken Soup (牛肉麵．雞湯), the Top Late-Night Restaurant Serving Fantastic Beef Noodles and Chicken Soup in Taipei, Taiwan!

On Jan. 11, 2020, I had been watching the vote counting of Taiwan's presidential election at MRT Shandao Temple Station, Taipei, Taiwan. After that, I hadn't eaten my dinner until late night.

Because most of restaurants in Taipei were already closed at 22:30, my friend and I headed to Taiwan Beef Noodles．Chicken Soup (牛肉麵．雞湯) near the intersection of  Civic Boulevard and Dunhua S. Road. By the way, the most closest MRT station was MRT Zhongxiao Dunhua Station.

We waited for the seats available for 15 minutes.

The restaurant was still quite popular at late night.

I ordered a small bowl of braised beef noodle soup with thick noodles (紅燒牛肉麵，刀切麵) at 170 TWD (= 5.68 USD). We also ordered a bowl of clam chicken soup (蛤蜊雞湯) at 120 TWD (= 4.01 USD) and some side dishes like dried bean curd (豆干), tofu skin (豆皮), blood rice cake (米血糕) and soy eggs (滷蛋) totally at 70 TWD (= 2.34 USD) to share with each other.

The food would be too much for 2 adults' late night meal, but we couldn't help but happily celebrate the victory of democracy and freedom!

Here were various condiments on our table.

The side dish assorted platter and clam chicken soup were firstly served.

The side dish was exactly Taiwan's local speciality with thick soy sauce and chili sauce.

The clam chicken soup tasted quite good and mild!

The freshness of clams made the chicken soup even more delicious!

The chicken here were quite tender like melting in my mouth!

The next one was the main course, braised beef noodle soup (紅燒牛肉麵)!

The thick and wide noodles were quite al dente. They were impeccable with the good-smelling braised beef soup!

The braised beef chunks were mouth-watering and tender!

After trying the original braised beef noodle soup, I added some beef tallow chili sauce into my noodle soup. The level aroma, flavor and deliciousness became even higher than before!

Personally speaking, Taiwan Beef Noodles．Chicken Soup (牛肉麵．雞湯) is really a top late-night restaurant in Taipei! The late-night food here is absolutely worth a try!
