Vegetarian Garden (素食園), Serving the Tasty Red Toon Pancakes near Fu‘ao Harbor, Nangan, Matsu, Taiwan

In the morning of Jul. 21, 2020, my friend and I took the ferry Fu'ao Harbor (福澳港), Nangan (南竿), Mastu, Taiwan from Baisha Harbor (白沙港), Beigan (北竿). And then we were going to board the ferry, Taima Star (台馬之星) back to Keelung, Taiwan.

During the transferring, we walked to Vegetarian Garden (素食園) for breakfast near Fu‘ao Harbor (福澳港).

Vegetarian Garden (素食園) almost only served vegetarian foods, but it still served the egg wraps!

I only ordered a cup of soy milk at 15 TWD (= 0.51 USD), a dish of red toon pancakes at 30 TWD (= 1.02 USD) and a dish of Matsu egg wraps at 25 TWD (= 0.85 USD).

My friend just ordered the Matsu egg wrap and soy milk.

I'd like to try them after we got our breakfast!

At first, I tried the red toon pancake! It tasted great with the unique red toon aroma. Moreover, the fried pancake was crispy but not oily!

The red toon was a very popular spice with the vegetarians because some of them didn't eat the spices like scallions, garlics, chives, Oriental onions and onions. Obviously, the red toon was the good replacement!

The Matsu egg wraps here were slightly springy and smooth with the eggs inside. Its edges were a little crispy!

With some thick soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, the pancakes and wraps were even more delicious!

For me, the pancakes and wraps are unique and delicious at Vegetarian Garden (素食園), and it's open from 06:00 to 19:00. Without doubt, it's very nice and convenient for customers!
