Bruecke 10 (Brücke 10), Serving the Salty and Tasty Pickled Herring Burgers in Hamburg, Germany!

In the morning of Dec. 6, 2019, I went to Landungsbrücken Station, Hamburg, Germany to took the ferry No. 62 around the harbor area. After that, I got back to Brücke 3 and than walked to Brücke 10 for lunch.

Brücke 10 specialized in fischbrötchen (fish burgers), the traditional North German cuisine!

This time, I ordered a Kräuter Matjes (salt-pickled herring) burger at 4 EUR (= 135 TWD).

Of course, every meal in Germany was inedible without beer! Thus, I also ordered a bottle of Astra beer at 2.9 EUR (= 98 TWD).

The bread of Kräuter Matjes (salt-pickled herring burger) was typical German hard bread! The bread tasted so great with salt-pickled herring fillet!

Additionally, the sliced onions were fresh and sweet. The fischbrötchen (fish burgers) gustatorily stroke a perfect equilibrium. The level of deliciouness of fischbrötchen (fish burgers) became even higher!

It was too hard to resist! A bite of fischbrötchen (fish burgers) and a bite of beer were so fantastic!

After enjoying the scrumptious fischbrötchen (fish burgers) and beer, I took the ferry No. 72 to my next destination, Hamburg's landmark, Elbphilharmonie!
