Menya Enishi (麵屋 緣), the Delicious Tsukemen from Kyoto, Japan in Taipei, Taiwan

In Mar. 2017, I came to MRT Xinyi Anhe Station, Taipei, Taiwan one day. I visited Menya Enishi (麵屋 緣) nearby to enjoy tsukemen for dinner.

To avoid queueing, I arrived here 15 minutes earlier before opening.


That day I ordered a bowl of pork bone & seafood tsukemen at 280 TWD (= 9.02 USD). Customers could choose the portion of noodles. I'd like the heaviest one, 280 grams.


I was the customer who entered the restaurant in the 1st batch.


Here were only bar seats inside the restaurant, but its space was still wider than common ramen restaurants


Next, it was the turn of main course, tsukemen!


Its BBQ pork smelled so good and tasted tender. The runniess of the soft-boiled egg was also fantastic. With alfalfa sprouts and vegetables, the whole tsukemen tasted so fresh!


The iced noodles was so al dente! Moreover, the noodles here was made from whole wheat flour. I love them so much! The noodles dipped in the sauce became even more delicious!


Customers could ask the chef to pour the broth into the remaining sauce after finishing the noodles. The sauce instantly became amazing soup!

Although the prices at Menya Enishi (麵屋 緣) were slightly higher than common ramen restaurants in Taipei, Taiwan, but the tsukemen here was still value for money!
