Acheng Goose (阿城鵝肉), the Restaurant Specializing in Tender and Juicy Goose Cuisine in Taipei, Taiwan!

In the evening of Jun. 6, 2019, my friends and I had dinner together in Taipei, Taiwan. That day we visited Acheng Goose (阿城鵝肉), the famous restaurant for its goose cuisine!
We 4 people ordered some dishes, like sliced goose, stinky tofu and sausages.
There were many kinds of sauces at its sauce corner.
I strongly recommended one kind of the sauces here! It's the goose oil!
Pouring the goose oil onto the hot rice made the rice so heavenly!
Soon, our dishes was served one after another!
The 1st dish was the stinky tofu at 30 TWD (= 0.96 USD) / piece. There were 4 pieces in a dish. The stinky tofu here didn't smell so stinky. The tofu was cooked in goose broth, and it didn't taste too spicy. It was quite matched with the rice!
The next one was milkfish skin soup at 70 TWD (= 2.23 USD). Only one of us ordered this soup. Actually I didn't try it, but it seemed not bad!
And then, the next dish was the main course that day, sliced smoked goose, at 400 TWD (= 12.76 USD).
We ordered the last half of goose based on goose thighs. The sliced goose tasted so tender and juicy, and its skin and meat had the special aroma of smoked food. It was so scrumptious!
The sliced goose was perfectly matched with the goose oil rice! They tasted so heavenly!
Besides the amazing main course, sliced goose, the other dishes here were also worth our try!
The sauced goose intestine was at 130 TWD (= 4.15 USD). Its goose intestine was fresh and tender but a little crispy. The goose intestine was also so matched with its sauce and cilantro.
Additionally, I also strongly recommended its king oyster mushroom sausage at 40 TWD (= 1.28 USD) / sausage. Three sausages were at 110 TWD (= 3.51 USD).
The king oyster sausage tasted not oily at all. The thick cubed king oyster mushroom was a little crispy in the pork sausage. The combination was impeccable! I liked to enjoy the sausage with sliced garlic. It was also the delicious cuisine you shouldn't miss here.
At last, we ordered one more dish of sliced goose at 300 TWD (= 9.57 USD). Because the sliced goose here was too popular with customers, the goose dish we had was the last one in the restaurant.
Acheng Goose (阿城鵝肉) was also recommended by Michelin's Bib Gourmand. I think it was absolutely worth the honor. I'd also like to strongly recommend to you. Moreover, the prices here were very affordable. Although the dishes we ordered looked luxurious, in fact, they only cost us 330 TWD (= 10.52 USD) each! And we all were so full and satisfied!
