Yi's Shark Noodles (易家鯊魚麵), the Delicious Speciality in Taipei, Taiwan!

On Jan. 25, 2019, before visiting the game show in Taipei, Taiwan, I detoured to Yi's Shark Noodles (易家鯊魚麵) near MRT Yongchun Station to have the delicious speciality, shark noodles, for breakfast!

Of course, the signature of Yi's Shark Noodles (易家鯊魚麵) was the shark noodles. It also served cold noodles and shark soup. But I came here alone, so I only order one small bowl of shark noodles.

Soon my shark noodles was served!

The shark meat here tasted tasty and tender but a little firm.

The noodles was more al dente than the ordinary noodles in Taiwan. The noodles here was not as soft as them.

The soup with the aroma of shacha sauce tasted not bad! Adding the special hot spicy sauce here made the soup even more delicious!

The shark skin with rice collagen was also tasty and a little al dente!

The prices at Yi's Shark Noodles (易家鯊魚麵) were quite affordable. The small bowl of shark noodles only cost me 80 TWD (= 2.6 USD). Even the large one was only at 95 TWD (= 3.09 USD)!

But after this lantern festival, Feb. 19, 2019, the prices would be increased!

I really recommend you guys to try the shark noodles, the delicious speciality in Taipei, Taiwan, before the prices are increased!
