(中文版：吉天元拉麵，台灣台北平價好吃的雞白湯拉麵！)
On Jan. 15, 2019, I had a lunch with my friend at noon. That day we visited Jitianyuan Ramen (吉天元拉麵) located in the basement of Wannian Building (萬年大樓), Ximending (西門町), Taipei, Taiwan.
We didn't waste our time queueing at the weekday noon.
Jitianyuan Ramen (吉天元拉麵) specialized in chicken ramen. There were 2 kind of soups with noodles, creamy chicken soup and chicken broth. The curl noodles was for creamy chicken soup; the thin and straight noodles was for chicken broth.
We both ordered the ramen with creamy chicken soup that day. He ordered a bowl of creamy chicken ramen with vegetables (野菜雞白湯拉麵) at 240 TWD (= 7.77 USD). I ordered a bowl of original creamy chicken ramen (雞白湯拉麵) at 190 TWD (= 6.15 USD) and an additional bowl of BBQ chicken rice (雞叉燒飯) at 50 TWD (= 1.62 USD).
The space here was large enough! Enjoying ramen here was very comfortable and cosy.
My ramen showed on our table pretty soon. It looked quite bountiful!
The creamy chicken soup tasted rich and mild. Personally speaking, the diced red onion made the soup even more delicious!
The sous vide chicken tasted not only tender but also very juicy. It was superb!
The creamy and mild chicken soup and the al dente curl noodles were perfectly matched! Moreover, more noodles was for free here. The portion of noodles was also satisfying!
There was some white water snowflake topping on the ramen. The ramen here was diverse!
The BBQ chicken was so much on the rice!
The tender and juicy BBQ chicken topped with the Japanese mayonnaise was perfectly matcher with the hot rice at the bottom! I'd strongly like to recommend it to hungry you!
Personally speaking, the price of creamy chicken ramen was fairly reasonable, and the quality was very high. So does its BBQ chicken rice!
After finishing the satisfying ramen and rice, we left the restaurant and walked a stroll at Ximending. And then we took the bus to the IKEA in Xinzhuang, New Taipei to enjoy the leisure tea time.
