Huangshan Soup Dumplings(皇膳湯包), Serving the Scrumptious, Juicy, and Transparent Soup Dumplings for Breakfast at a Reasonable Price in Hsinchu, Taiwan
On Oct. 7, 2017, the last day of our trip around Taiwan, we rode motorbikes to Huangshan Soup Dumplings(皇膳湯包) on Baoshan Road, Hsinchu, Taiwan for breakfast in the morning after the night when we chatted and stayed at our friend's home.

It was not easy to park our motorbikes in front of Huangshan Soup Dumplings(皇膳湯包). And It was reaaly popular. I just parked my motorbike a little far from the food booth.

I heard that Huangshan Soup Dumplings(皇膳湯包) had been a food truck, but it was a food truck parked indoors with its dining area when we visited it.

At first, I ordered 1 steamer of soup dumplings! One steamer of soup dumplings cost me 55 TWD (1.82 USD), and the cup of soy milk was at 10 TWD (0.33 USD).

There were 7 soup dumplings in a steamer. They looked so transparent that my mouth was watering!

The soup dumpling was so juicy when I bit it! It was more qualified than my requirements about soup dumplings: the transparent outside and the juicy inside! It tasted so great!

I suggest that you put your soup dumplings on your spoon to avoid scalding your tongue because the soup dumplings here are very hot and juicy!
But if you bite it without your spoon, the delicious soup inside will leak out soon. I usually use a spoon to help me enjoy soup dumplings.

After I tried the original one, I added its special spicy sauce. The sauce smell good with the aroma of Sichuan Pepper. It tasted a little spicy and tongue-numbing!

In fact, they both were really scrumptious! But for me, I preferred the one with its spicy sauce to the original one because it tasted much more flavorful!
After I finished my own steamer of soup dumplings, I decided to order one more steamer because we planned to go back to Taipei directly and end this journey without additional stops.
I thought the soup dumplings here were really scrumptious. It also became the perfect period of out trip around Taiwan this time!
