On Sep. 3, 2016, the second day we stayed in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan, we went to Mt. Hakodate after we had a tasty dinner at Lucky Pierrot, the local burger franchise in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan.
The night view from Mt. Hakodate is one of the 3 best night views in the world! The other two are in Hong Kong and Naples, Italy.
Visiting Mt. Hakodate made us really excited! Unfortunately, it was heavily foggy that day.
Although the employees of Mt. Hakodate Ropeway told us that it was foggy at the top of Mt. Hakodate and the probability that we saw the beautiful night view was pretty low, we still decided to take the ropeway to the top. we only shot the video without the fog during the uphill and downhill.
After we arrived at the top, the only thing we could see was fog!

Although the heavy fog depressed us a little, we kept our positive thinking! That was a rare experience! We just went shopping at the souvenir shop for a slightly longer time. I bought the melon beer there because it looked special and probably made me better!

Although we could only see the gorgeous night view during uphill and downhill, the view was worth what we paid for the tickets (JPY 1,280 ea.)! Maybe I'll go there again on the day without fog!
