Four Happy Food Company (四喜食品行), Serving the Mouth-Watering Huzhou Rice Dumplings (湖州粽) in Taipei, Taiwan!

On Oct. 27, 2020, my friends and I walked to Four Happy Food Company (四喜食品行) to buy some rice dumplings (粽子, Zongzi) nearby after we had lunch in Taipei, Taiwan.

Four Happy Food Company (四喜食品行) was located at Xinwei Market (信維市場), Taipei. The nearest MRT station was MRT Da'an Station (捷運大安站).

We went upstairs in Xinwei Market (信維市場).

We turned right to Four Happy Food Company (四喜食品行) as soon as we arrived the 2nd floor.

We saw the employees making the rice dumplings!

Four Happy Food Company (四喜食品行) focused on the Huzhou rice dumplings (湖州粽). They were relatively rare in Taiwan!

I just ordered 2 pork rib rice dumplings (排骨粽) at 55 TWD (= 1.93 USD) each and 2 pork & egg yolk rice dumplings at 60 TWD (= 2.1 USD) each.

The pork rib rice dumplings (排骨粽) was tied with around 3 rope loops.

The pork & egg yolk rice dumplings were tied with more rope loops.

因為這裡只有外帶服務

所以買完後則是騎著Youbike

從捷運大安站返回了新北新莊的家

到家後便打算來吃湖州粽當晚餐

便將粽子放入電鍋內重新加熱

因為湖州粽裡面有會包有些許肥肉

建議充分加熱後讓油脂融化再食用

吃起來會更加香且美味

此外不會有整塊較油膩的肥肉口感

充分加熱過的湖州粽香的令人流口水

外觀看起來不僅油亮且十分可口！

湖州粽使用的是圓糯米

米飯的口感吃起來較為軟爛綿密

且帶有些許黏性

第一次吃的則是排骨粽

在骨頭附近的豬肉就是特別鮮嫩！

且骨肉很輕易就可以分離

幾天後則是來試試看蛋黃鮮肉粽

充分加熱的蛋黃鮮肉粽

不僅看起來油亮且聞起來有香氣十足

米飯一樣非常好吃

而裡面的豬肉滷的入味

吃起來口感軟嫩且份量令人滿意

蛋黃的部份則是鴨蛋黃

綿密但帶有一點濕潤度

為整個湖州粽增添了更加豐富的口感！

四喜食品行的湖州粽

無疑是台灣台北非常值得一試的美味！

個人比較喜愛排骨粽

尤其那可以輕易將骨肉分開的排骨

著實令我非常難忘！
