Guyi Coffee (古一小舍), Serving the Mouth-Watering Curry and Pan Fried Noodle Soup near the Riverside of Taipei, Taiwan!

In the evening of Jun. 14, 2020, it rained a lot in Taipei, Taiwan. My friends and I headed to Guyi Coffee (古一小舍) for dinner at the riverside of Tamsui River. The nearest MRT station was MRT Beimen Station.

Here were not many seats inside Guyi Coffee (古一小舍), but Guyi Coffee (古一小舍) was still popular with customers. Due to the heavy rain, we decided to wait here outdoors, play FGO and chat with each other.

After about an hour, some seats were eventually available.

After we had our seats, we took a look at the menu. The main courses here were the various curry rice and pan fried noodle soup. The desserts here were the pudding and sweet potato, but they were both sold out.

The tea and coffee were written on the other page of menu.

One of my friends ordered the apricot curry with pork (杏桃里肌肉咖哩) at 260 TWD (= 8.75 USD) per dish.

The other friend ordered the Indian chicken curry (香料雞腿咖哩) at 200 TWD (= 6.74 USD) per dish.

The curry here smelled so mouth-watering. I'd also like to order the curry next time!

I ordered a bowl of Gu Yi pan fried noodles (古一意麵) at 120 TWD (= 4.04 USD).

Guyi's pan fried noodle soup looked quite large. The toppings also looked abundant!

The soup of pan fried noodle soup had the obvious freshness from the sakura shrimps.

The noodles were deep fried. The texture was a little crispy. The deep fried noodles became more delicious after absorbing the soup based on seafood!

There was a poached egg on the pan fried noodles. The liquid egg yolk outflowed after I pierced the egg. The egg yolk made the pan fried noodles even more fantastic!

Additionally, the toppings on the noodles were various, like the deep fried tofu and crab roll.

The ingredients under the deep fried noodles were as abundant as the toppings!

The ingredients under the noodles consisted of the baby corn, oden, pork meatball, and pig's blood rice cake!

Personally speaking, I think the pan fried noodle soup is absolutely worth a try! The soup is fresh and tasty, and the deep fried noodles is good at absorbing the soup. The texture of deep fried noodles was still al dente. Moreover, the abundant and various toppings make me more satisfied with the whole pan fried noodle soup!

The curry also smells so mouth-watering! I'd really like to try the curry rice next time I visit Guyi Coffee (古一小舍) again!
