Ye's Xiaolongbao (葉家小籠包), Serving the Juicy Xiaolongbao with the Thin Wrappers in Luzhou, New Taipei, Taiwan!

At noon of Mar. 26, 2020, my friend and I visited Ye's Xiaolongbao (葉家小籠包), another popular xiaolongbao (小籠包) booth in Luzhou, New Taipei, Taiwan.

Ye's Xiaolongbao (葉家小籠包) was located near the intersection of Fuxing Rd. and Xinyi Rd., Luzhou. It was pretty popular with local residents here. We saw the customers coming one after another.

Here was a dining area at Ye's Xiaolongbao (葉家小籠包). Therefore we had our seats soon!

I just ordered a cup of soy milk at 15 TWD (= 0.5 USD) and a steamer of xiaolongbao (小籠包) at 70 TWD (= 2.31 USD).

There were 10 xiaolongbao (小籠包) in a bamboo steamer.

I loved the spicy food, so I asked for the chili sauce here!

The wrapper of xiaolongbao here was thinner than the common. Its stuffing was a little firm with the elasticity like the meatball. Additionally, the stuffing was so juicy!

The chili sauce here was not only spicy but also slightly numbing. With the chili sauce, the xiaolongbao (小籠包) here tasted even more delicious!

After finishing the delicious and satisfying xiaolongbao (小籠包) here, we worried about the probably upcoming heavy rain in the afternoon, so we just took a stroll and then left Luzhou along the riverside by bike.
