Fukutaro (福太郎), the Not Only Popular But Also Excellent Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) Restaurant in Osaka, Japan!

In the evening of Feb. 13, 2019, I headed to Fukutaro (福太郎), the popular okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) restaurant with locals in Osaka, Japan!

Fukutaro (福太郎) was popular with not only tourists but also local residents, so it took me at least half an hour to queue.

The okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) smelled so mouth-watering from the hot iron plate as soon as I entered Fukutaro (福太郎).

Besides the okonomiyaki (お好み焼き), the negiyaki (ねぎ燒) here were also quite special!

The side dishes here were also highly-rated!

After I took a look at the menu, I decided to order the squid okonomiyaki (いか玉焼) at 920 JPY (= 8.35 USD) and a dish of broiled squid tentacles (ゲソ塩焼) at 380 JPY (= 3.45 USD).

After placing my order, I watched the okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) on the hot iron plate and wish the next one would be mine!

At first, my broiled squid tentacles (ゲソ塩焼) were served!

The aluminium foil contained the broiled squid tentacles (ゲソ塩焼). The squid tentacles were al dente and fresh! With some lemon juice, they tasted even better!

After a while, my okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) were also served. It looked so delicate like an artwork!

Here were lots of vegetables inside the okonomiyaki (お好み焼き). The texture was quite fluffy! The okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) within fresh squid was so heavenly with the hot okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise!

Personally speaking, the queueing time at Fukutaro (福太郎) was slightly long, but the deliciousness of okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) here was absolutely worth my time and money!

Besides the headquarters of Fukutaro (福太郎) I visited this time, here were several branches of Fukutaro (福太郎) in Osaka, Japan. The branches would take customers shorter time to queue!
