Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星), the Extremely Delicious Tsukemen near Chiba Station, Japan!

In the afternoon of Aug. 3, 2019, my friend and I fooled around in Downtown Chiba, Japan. We met another friend who visited FGO Fes 2019 at Chiba Station at dinner time. We were going to Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星) for ramen near Chiba Station together!

Here was the menu with photos at its entrance!

Every kind of ramens looked so mouth-watering! It was too hard to make a decision for me!

Luckily, queueing wasn't necessary that day!

I saw the introduction about the tsukemen in front of the food ticket machine.

I eventually ordered its special tsukemen at 1,090 JPY (= 10.24 USD) and extra noodles at 50 JPY (= 0.47 USD).

Here were only bar seats in the restaurant.

The signatures at Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星) were the ramen and tsukemen based on chicken!

The sauce of tsukemen I ordered based on the mixture of rich chicken and bonito soup.

After a while, my special tsukemen was served. It looked too attractive to resist!

Here was a skewer of grilled chicken ball in the sauce!

The chicken ball smelled so good because it was grilled! Additionally, here was some minced chicken cartilage in the chicken ball.

The grilled chicken ball dipped with the tsukemen sauce tasted so great!

There were the sliced sous vide chicken, nori, bonito flakes and soft-boiled egg topped on the noodles!

The texture of sous vide chicken was pretty tender and juicy!

The bonito flakes also made the tsukemen more delicious!

Its soft-boiled egg seemed a little overcooked. It was the only small flaw this time!

Its noodles looked flatter than common ramen noodles, but the texture of noodles here was so al dente!

The noodles here with the sauce were so perfect!

With the nori and bonito flakes, what a heavenly bowl of tsukemen!

After finished my extra noodles, I felt both full and satisfied!

At last, I asked for some bonito broth and then poured the broth into the tsukemen sauce. The sauce became a tasty soup as my ending.

In fact, we planned to have dinner at Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星) because we weren't sure what time we would have our dinner, and Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星) opened until 23:00!

Luckily, the ramen and tsukemen at Chicken Soba Nanase (鶏そば七星) were both far beyond our expectation! Especially its grilled chicken ball within cartilage and al dente flat noodles, they were both not only fantastic but also unique!
