Kyousushi (京寿司), the Popular High-Quality Conveyor Belt Sushi Restaurant with Locals at Affordable Prices in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan
On Sep. 18, 2018, my friends and I enjoyed the leisure time at Moji Port, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan in the afternoon. After the splendid scenery at Moji Port, we drove to the Kyousushi (京寿司), the conveyor belt sushi restaurant with locals' good reviews, for our dinner.
Kyousushi (京寿司) is a conveyor belt sushi franchise only in Kitakyushu. Although there was a branch near Moji Port, we decided to visit Obatake Branch (大畠店) with a large porking lot due to parking.
The other advantage of Obatake Branch was far away from tourist hotspots. Theoretically, the fewer tourists, the fewer customers. It might decrease our waiting period. But it still took us half an hour to queue.
Besides the sushi on the belt, customers could order directly, and then the sushi would be delivered by the model of Shinkansen.
Although Kyousushi's sushi looked a little smaller, the prices were fairly reasonable! Additionally, the quality of seafood and sushi rice were both very high!

Of all the fresh and tasty sushi, I loved the sea urchin, crab paste, prosciutto, mantis shrimp sushi and tamagoyaki more! Especially the slightly sweet taste of tamagoyaki was very good as a perfect ending!
The price of sushi on white plate was 125 JPY (= 1.14 USD); the price of sushi on red plate was 250 JPY (= 2.28 USD). The sushi I ordered that day cost me 2,470 JPY (= 22.61 USD). It was quite affordable!
After the satisfying sushi dinner, we resume to drive to our hotel that day near Ohori Park, Fukuoka to check in and rest.
