On Aug. 29, 2017, the 2nd day of our trip to Kansai Area in Japan, the original itinerary was to visit Himeji Castle in the morning, but my friend and I got up late! We were afraid that we would miss the time when we had reserved for Kobe Beef. Finally we decided to only visit Akashi, Hyogo for Akashiyaki(明石焼き)
| Akashi Station |
It seemed that Akashi's signature was just Akashiyaki(明石焼き). We saw the advertisement when stepping out of the station.

That made us look forward to it so much!
It took us only 10 minutes to walk south to Honke Kimuraya(本家きむらや), our destination today, from Akashi Station.
從明石車站往南走個10分鐘就看了我們今天早上的主角

Akashiyaki, called tamagoyaki in Akashi Area, contained octopus inside, as the same as Takoyaki. But the styles of them were totally different!

Honke Kimuraya(本家きむらや) also provided sauce and seasoning, like wasabi.
