Mizugi (米滋崎), Serving the Mouth-Watering Dessert, Maple Pudding Cheesecake, in Taipei, Taiwan!

In the morning of Jul. 30, 2020, my friends and I visited Taipei International ACG Exhibition near MRT Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station (捷運台北101/世貿站) in Taipei, Taiwan. After our lunch, we took the bus to Mizugi (米滋崎) Bakery near MRT Houshanpi Station (捷運後山埤站) to buy some desserts.

Mizugi (米滋崎) Bakery was on Dadao Road (大道路). It just looked like a small bakery.

But, here were lots of customers coming and buying the cakes!

The signature was the maple pudding cheesecake (楓糖布丁乳酪蛋糕) at Mizugi (米滋崎) Bakery!

The price of the maple pudding cheesecake (楓糖布丁乳酪蛋糕) was 350 TWD (= 11.9 USD) per box.

Here were also other kinds of cakes, like lemon cheesecakes (香檸起士蛋糕) or taro cheesecake (香芋起士蛋糕). We'd really like to all of them!

But, the expiry date of fresh cakes was too close, so I just bought the maple pudding cheesecake (楓糖布丁乳酪蛋糕).

After I brought my cake home, I'd like to enjoy it! There were the handles on the paper box. I could use them to easily took out the cake!

The outer maple pudding layer looked black, bright and beautiful!

The middle layer was the pudding with caramel aroma, and the inner layer was the cotton cheesecake!

The puddings were slightly springy and smooth at outer and middle layer with the aroma of maple syrup and caramel. Moreover, the inner cotton cheesecake was fluffy and moderately fragrant! The combination was strongly fantastic!

I had Mizugi's heavenly maple pudding cheesecake (楓糖布丁乳酪蛋糕) with a mug of black coffee. That was really a wonderful enjoyment!

A few days later, we found Mizugi (米滋崎) had the other branch in Taipei! It was at the basement of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store (新光三越百貨) near MRT Zhongshan Station. It was even better to access! Additionally, credit cards were acceptable here!

Personally speaking, I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of Mizugi's cheesecake. The maple pudding cheesecake is too heavenly to forget! But next time, I'd like to try the other mouth-watering cakes, like the taro cheesecake or lemon cheesecake!
