Longying Handmade Food Stand (隆螢手工美食坊), Serving the Affordable and Tasty Steamed Rice Rolls in Xinzhuang, New Taipei, Taiwan!

In the morning of Jul. 15, 2020, my friends and I went swimming at Xinzhuang Sports Center (新莊運動中心), New Taipei, Taiwan. After we finished swimming, it was the time for lunch. Thus we walked to Longying Handmade Food Stand (隆螢手工美食坊) for our lunches!

Here were only outdoor seats at Longying Handmade Food Stand (隆螢手工美食坊). It was a torture in Taiwan's hot summer. Takeout would be a better choice!

Luckily, the owners here was enthusiastic! They set the electric fan and gave us the iced barley tea for free. The fan and beverage slightly lessened our discomfort due to the boiling hot summer.

After we had our seats, I decided to ordered the most luxurious option, deluxe shrimp rice roll (總匯蝦仁腸粉), at 100 TWD (= 3.41 USD).

After placing our order, we watched the chef professionally spread the rice milk evenly on the bamboo plate and then put the corn, minced pork and shrimps onto the rice milk.

接著再打上一顆雞蛋

而青菜的部份則有豆芽菜和大陸妹兩種

在將所有食材都放上米漿製的腸粉皮後

便將竹盤放入蒸籠中加入蒸熟

The steamed rice roll looked pretty attractive!

而老闆則是熟練的將腸粉捲起

並淋上特製的醬汁為我送上

淋上醬汁的腸粉看起來令人垂涎三尺

不禁想要急著拿起筷子開動！

醬汁本身有一點黑胡椒和醬油的香味

此外我還加了一點辣椒

米漿製成的腸粉皮薄嫩但具有多層次的口感

和特製醬汁以及辣椒的搭配非常優秀

而內餡的豬肉和玉米給的不少

更加豐富了整份腸粉的味覺！

而蝦子更是新鮮美味又大尾

可說是這份腸粉的靈魂無誤！

個人相當喜歡隆螢手工美食坊的腸粉

不僅味道好且用料豐富

以此來說價格算是相當親民

但尤其是夏天，以用餐環境來說

外帶會是比較明智的選擇
