A-Tian's Rice Vermicelli with Fish Balls(阿添魚丸米粉), the Popular Stall with Locals in Yilan, Taiwan Est. 1919
On Feb. 27, 2015, the 1st day of long weekend due to 228 Peace Memorial Day, my friend and I was trying to ride our motorbikes around Taiwan in the next 3 days. Yilan was the 1st stop we took a break at! We stopped at A-Tian's Rice Vermicelli with Fishballs(阿添魚丸米粉) in Yilan for breakfast.

I ordered one large bowl of rice vermicelli with fish balls. Its special soup was quite delicate. The fish ball was so bouncy. Adding its unique spicy sauce made the rice vermicelli with fish balls close to perfect!
I really miss A-Tian's Rice Vermicelli with Fish Balls(阿添魚丸米粉). Probably it's time to visit it again soon!
