Wanda's Baked Scallion-Stuffed Sesame Biscuit (萬大蟹殼黃), the Salty and Tasty Snack in Wanhua, Taipei, Taiwan!

In the afternoon of Jun. 23, 2020, my friend and I enjoyed the coffee time at the Mr. Brown Coffee in the Youth Park (青年公園) , Taipei, Taiwan. After that, we walked to Wanda's Baked Scallion-Stuffed Sesame Biscuit (萬大蟹殼黃) near Wanhua Railway Station (萬華火車站).

Wanda's Baked Scallion-Stuffed Sesame Biscuit (萬大蟹殼黃) was quite popular with people. Here were always lots of customers queueing when its biscuits were just freshly baked!

Wanda's Baked Scallion-Stuffed Sesame Biscuit (萬大蟹殼黃) only specialized in the sesame biscuits.  Here were 2 kinds of biscuits served, sweet and salty ones. The prices were both 13 TWD (= 0.44 USD) each.

The freshly baked sesame biscuit smelled so good that they made our mouth water!

Soon the freshly baked sesame biscuits were all sold out!

I bought two sesame biscuits for myself. One was salty, and the other was sweet.

The one topped with some black sesame was the sweet biscuit. The salty biscuits was topped only with the white sesame.

The skin of the salty sesame biscuit was pretty crispy! It also had rich sesame aroma! There were full of fresh and green scallions inside the biscuit. The biscuit tasted salty and heavenly due to the mixture of fresh scallions and melted lard!

The sweet biscuit also had the crispy skin, but the stuffing became the red bean paste. Personally speaking, it was a little too sweet for me. Enjoying the sweet biscuit with sugar-free coffee or tea would be a better option.

The salty and tasty sesame biscuit at Wanda's Baked Scallion-Stuffed Sesame Biscuit (萬大蟹殼黃) is a nice snack, especially in its portion, when feeling slightly hungry in afternoons. But people could still unintentionally eat the biscuits one after another because they are really scrumptious!
