Myeongjin Jeonbok Abalone Restaurant (명진전복), Serving Extremely Fresh and Delicious Abalone Sizzling Stone Pot Rice in Jeju, South Korea!

On Dec. 19, 2018, the 1st day in Jeju, South Korea, I took the express bus 101 to Sehwa-Ri from Downtown Jeju and then walked 20 minutes from the bus stop to my destination that evening, Myeongjin Jeonbok Abalone Restaurant (명진전복)! 

It was already after 19:00 when walking to the restaurant. The sky had become quite dark in winter. And I kept walking almost alone!

I eventually arrived at Myeongjin Jeonbok Abalone Restaurant (명진전복) after walking 20 minutes from Sehwa-Ri Bus Stop!

Because I arrived here after 19:30, it was already off-peak hour. I didn't waste my time queuing and had my seat immediately!
 

The courses on its menu were all about abalone! I ordered the 1st option, Abalone Sizzling Stone Pot Rice! It cost me 15,000 KRW (= 13.38 USD).

Though the other courses looked also quite mouth-watering. They really made me wanna yell out "I want them all!" The 2nd one, rice porridge with abalone, or the 3rd one, grilled abalone both also had my attention. But this time I travelled alone. I was afraid I couldn't finish all of them.

There were always lots of side dishes when enjoying Korean cuisines. Although they tasted yummy, they were too much in portion.

I loved its spicy squid so much! It was not only appetizing but also special!

The whole dried fish was also a side dish! It was also superb!

Next, It was time for the main course, abalone sizzling stone pot rice! The very hot and sizzling stone pot rice was covered with the sliced fresh and delicious abalone!

The abalone tasted not only scrumptious but also chewy! The every bite of the abalone was heavenly with the superb rice and vegetables!

Moreover, I could also add some light broth into the abalone stone pot rice. It brought me a very different enjoyment!

Personally speaking, although Myeongjin Jeonbok Abalone Restaurant (명진전복) was pretty far away from Downtown Jeju, I felt quite satisfied with its abalone sizzling stone pot rice!

After finishing my dinner, I took a 20-minute stroll back to the bus stop and got on the express bus 101 to my hotel in Downtown Jeju!
