Misokatsu Yabaton(みそかつ 矢場とん), the Famous Miso Katsudon in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

On Aug. 31, 2016, the 1st day of our university classmate reunion, we took the flight to Nagoya, Aichi, Japan from Taipei, Taiwan. We arrived at Nagoya's Chubu Centrair International Airport at noon!

It was exactly time for lunch! We decided to enjoy our lunch here!

Misokatsu Yabaton(みそかつ 矢場とん) at Nagoya Airport 

We went to Misokatsu Yabaton(みそかつ 矢場とん), the restaurant famous for miso katsudon (fried pork on top of rice coated with miso sauce) for lunch. The miso katsudon originated from Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. It's the must-try speciality when visiting Nagoya, Aichi, Japan!

The fried pork was so crispy that it has been hard to forget it since then! The fresh sliced green onion and the tasty miso sauce made the miso katsudon almost perfect! When I put them with the rice below into my mouth, I did think that nothing could make me much more happier than the miso katsudon!

It was a good beginning for our university classmate reunion! And then we went to the hostel where we planned to stay in Downtown Nagoya to unload our luggage. Our next destination in Nagoya was Nagoya Castle, the most famous attraction in the whole central Japan!
