Li's Sliced Noodle Restaurant (李家麵館刀削麵), Serving the Hot and Fantastic Fried Egg Noodles (木須炒麵) in Zhonghe, New Taipei, Taiwan

On Mar. 20, 2020, my friend and I met at MRT Nanshijiao Station, Zhonghe, New Taipei, Taiwan. We'd like to visit the popular restaurant here, Li's Sliced Noodle Restaurant (李家麵館刀削麵), recommended by my friend who worked here.

The signature here was, of course, the fresh-made sliced noodles (刀削麵) made by the staff here!

Here were indoor and outdoor seat areas. We had our seats outdoors.

After being seated, we placed our order. We ordered a dish of fried egg noodles (木須炒麵) and a dish of fried beef noodles (牛肉炒麵). The price of fried noodles was 120 TWD (= 3.96 USD) per dish.

Because here were too many customers, we had to be patient after placing our orders.

After a long while, our two dishes of fried noodles were both served. The fried noodles smelled so great with the mixed aroma of noodles and hot oil.

The ingredients of fried egg noodles included pork, scrambled eggs, wood ear and other vegetables.

The scrambled eggs were quite fluffy and tasty with the mixed aroma of soy sauce and eggs.

The texture of shredded pork was fresh and tender. The pork was so matched with the soy sauce!

The souls of the fried egg noodles, sliced noodles (刀削麵) were thick and al dente! With the hot soy sauce aroma, the fried egg noodles were so satisfying to us!

The other dish, fried beef noodles (牛肉炒麵), was also full of the unique mixed aroma of noodles and hot oil.

The sauce of fried beef noodles (牛肉炒麵) was peppercorn sauce. It differed from the fried egg noodles (木須炒麵). The thick and al dente sliced noodles (刀削麵) with the slightly spicy black pepper were quite appetizing!

The tender and tasty sliced beef with the peppercorn sauce was the classic flavor!

The sliced noodles at Li's Sliced Noodle Restaurant (李家麵館刀削麵) was not only good-smelling and mouth-watering but also large and satisfying in portion! We 2 male adults were so full and satisfying with the fried noodles!
