Xi Xiang Feng Noodles (喜相逢麵館), the Restaurant Serving High-Quality and Tasty Noodles at Donghu, Taipei, Taiwan!

At noon of Jul. 19, 2019, my friends and I met at MRT Donghu Station, Taipei, Taiwan. We were going to Xi Xiang Feng Noodles (喜相逢麵館) nearby for lunch!

Here was a menu at its entrance.

The space here was relatively wide, and the environment here was bright and clean!

After having our seats, I ordered a set of scallion oil dry noodles (蔥油拌麵) at 180 TWD (= 5.79 USD). Additionally, we ordered 2 side dishes! They were respectively spicy and numbing bean curd rolls (麻辣素雞) at 60 TWD (= 1.93 USD) and tofu with mashed century eggs (皮蛋豆腐) at 80 TWD (= 2.57 USD).

The texture of spicy and numbing bean curd rolls (麻辣素雞) was sturdy. With the slightly numbing and spicy sauce, the dish was not only appetizing but also delicious!

The tofu with mashed century eggs (皮蛋豆腐) here looked like a work of art! The thin-cut tofu was basted with mashed century eggs and other seasonings. The strange flavor of century eggs was not too obvious. Moreover, it tasted great!

One of my friends ordered the braised pork ball noodles, but I didn't try it. Thus, I wasn't sure how it tasted.

The next one was my main course that day, scallion oil dry noodles (蔥油拌麵)!

It looked quite simple. Here were just noodles and 2 halves of soft-boiled eggs.

The color of egg yolk was so pretty, and the runniness also stroke a balance. The egg tasted so great with scallion oil!

I carefully stirred noodles and scallion oil and then enjoyed the noodles.

The noodles absorbed the aroma of scallion oil so much, but its texture was a little soft for me! But the noodles were still good!

The sour and spicy soup (酸辣湯) was included in the set!

The egg drops topped on the sour and spicy soup looked so beautiful!

Moreover, the food materials in the soup were abundant! Especially, the 2 shrimps with good texture were fantastic!

Initially, the soup tasted slightly sour for me, but after I had more soup, I was almost addicted in the soup! The soup tasted really great!

Personally speaking, the prices at Xi Xiang Feng Noodles (喜相逢麵館) seemed a little higher, but actually the quality of food was also very high! The quality was worth the price! Additionally, the environment here was clean and bright with air condition. It was a comfortable restaurant worth visiting!
