Chuka Soba Tomita Ramen (中華蕎麦 とみ田), Probably Japan's Best Tsukemen in Chiba, Japan!

On Feb. 19, 2017, my friend and I got up so early and then headed to Matsudo Station, Chiba, Japan from Asakusa Teple, Tokyo, Japan in order to have an opportunity to try Japan's Best Tsukemen at Chuka Soba Tomita Ramen (中華蕎麦 とみ田)

We arrived roughly at 08:30. There were so many customers queueing.

We just bought the ramen ticket then.

Thus, the processing speed was high.

There were some introduction and menus at its entrance.

Its business hour was from 11:00 to 15:00.

After a while, it eventually our turn! We both ordered its special tsukemen (特製つけそば) at 1,100 JPY (= 10.26 USD). We were really looking forward to its tsukemen!

After we bought the ramen ticket, we were told that the time to enter the restaurant was 13:55.

So, we had to do something to kill time!

At first, we walked around Matsudo.

But it was so early that most stores in Matsudo was still closed.

Then we decided to took the train to Kameari Station, Tokyo and then started to find Kankichi Ryotsu, the main protagonist of the long-running Japanese manga and anime series KochiKame.

At noon, we got back to Matsudo Station again!

Before out time to enter, we arrived at Chuka Soba Tomita Ramen (中華蕎麦 とみ田) again!

From its posters at the entrance and reviews on Internet, it seemed a very delicious and popular tsukemen restaurant. At this moment, we were going to experience the tsukemen by ourselves to check whether the tsukemen was as tasty as what people said or not.

Although we had to keep waiting even after arrival at its entrance on time, our noodles were soon served after having our seats.

The sliced sous vide and smoked pork looked not only pink but also pretty mouth-watering. Its sliced pork reached a perfect equilibrium between fattiness and leanness. Moreover, it was so tender, just like melting in my mouth!

The iced noodles looked very thick!  The noodles had an aroma of wheat, and its texture was pretty al-dente.

Its tsukemen sauce was very rich and sticky based on pork bone and fish broth. I loved it so much! I dipped the thick and al-dente noodles in the fragrant sauce and soon put them into my mouth. At the moment, I thought I was almost in Heaven! It was so heavenly!

Its yolk of soft-boiled egg was still runny. It was also remarkable!

The portion at Chuka Soba Tomita Ramen (中華蕎麦 とみ田) was large enough! But it was so hard to resist that I couldn't help but finish it one bite after another.

Pouring the broth into the remaining sauce and adding some minced sous vide pork and pomelo made the sauce become a scrumptious soup! It tasted rich with the aroma of pomelo. The seasoning was really excellent!

Personally speaking, Chuka Soba Tomita Ramen (中華蕎麦 とみ田) was absolutely worth its good reviews and popularity. Its food materials were the top! Its portion was also large! All things considered, its tsukemen is ultimately divine!
